Wingo is for adults (18+) in jurisdictions where play is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Accurate details are required. We may ask for PAN/Aadhaar to complete KYC and align UPI instruments with the rightful owner.

Set deposit caps, session timers, and cool-offs. Wingo is entertainment only; no guarantee of returns.

Fees/limits are disclosed before confirmation. Withdrawals may require additional verification for risk control.

No fraud, bots, multi-account abuse, or chargeback misuse. We may suspend accounts under investigation.

To the extent permitted by law, Wingo is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for network outages or third-party failures.
